Such records are dealt with only in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy. Cheer Child Care and its Partners accept no liability if you / the User / the Patient chooses to use such a facility to interact with Doctors or other Team members or even if the facility is not used in accordance with the foregoing.c.   8. to send User transactional communications wherein emails or an SMS or whatsapp may be sent to the User about the Patients appointment / consultation.
  9. to comply with all statutory obligations such as the requirement of the User’s PAN Card in certain circumstances under the Income Tax Act, 1961.
  10. for ensuring compliance with any legal and/or regulatory obligations, including requests if any, from the law enforcement entities and/or to commence and/or defend any legal claim against the User or otherwise.
  11. for purposes as otherwise permitted by law.

e. The other recipients, besides the Website, of the information provided:

1. an alpha-numeric password is adopted, preferably using both upper-case and lower-case alphabets and symbols;

2. the User should avoid such passwords as are obvious, easily identifiable and/or easily predictable; and

3. the password ought to be changed at regular intervals to ensure better security.

b. Cheers Child Care and/or its employees and/or affiliates will never ask for the User’s password through any means of communication; the same is required to be entered into by the User on the Website interface alone. Should there be any concern of misuse and/or unauthorized access to the User’s account, the User may inform Cheers Child Care immediately at [●relationshipmanager@cheerschildcare.com].

c. It is the responsibility of the User to ensure that irrespective of the nature of the device used by the User to access the Website, the same is secure and all necessary steps are taken to ensure that auto-fillers within the User’s browsers do not cause leakages of critical information.

Should you / the User / the Patient withdraw such consent, the shall have the option of Cheers Child Care not providing the services for which the said information was sought.

In certain cases, such as rectifications to name, date of birth etc., Cheers Child Care may request the User to provide documentary support in respect of the same, to minimise the risk of unauthorised access. In the event that you / the User / the Patient chooses to delete any personal information and/or modify it in a way that is not verifiable by Cheers Child Care, or leads to such personal information being incorrect, Cheers Child Care may be unable to provide such User with its services and such deletion and/or modification may be regarded as an intention on the part of the User to discontinue its services.

Should you / the User / the Patient voluntarily provide the information sought while availing the services or otherwise, you / the User / the Patient does have the option to withdraw its consent, at any point of time, provided the same is communicated in writing to the Website. In the event that you / the User / the Patient chooses to delete any personal information and/or modify it in a way that is not verifiable by SOCC, or leads to such personal information being incorrect, SOCC may be unable to provide such User with its services and such deletion and/or modification may be regarded as an intention on the part of the User to discontinue its services.

    e. You / the User / the Patient may deactivate their account at any time by sending an email for this purpose to [●relationshipmanager@cheerschildcare.com] and/or refuse to provide any of the information required by the Website. In such cases however, while the User may be able to view the Website, they would be unable to avail of the services as provided, which requires certain information.

    5. The patient’s personal and sensitive data will be stored and managed as per the applicable Indian laws, rules and regulations regarding data storage and management, regardless of the patient’s location during teleconferencing or consultation.

  10. for ensuring compliance with any legal and/or regulatory obligations, including requests if any, from the law enforcement entities and/or to commence and/or defend any legal claim against the User or otherwise.
  11. for purposes as otherwise permitted by law.

e. The other recipients, besides the Website, of the information provided:

a. The security of individual accounts of the yours / User / the Patient is entirely the responsibility of you / the User / the Patient and it is recommended that you / the User / the Patient maintains the confidentiality of the account login credentials, including the password and does not share the same with any third party. For the purpose of password security, it is recommended that:
1. an alpha-numeric password is adopted, preferably using both upper-case and lower-case alphabets and symbols;

2. the User should avoid such passwords as are obvious, easily identifiable and/or easily predictable; and

3. the password ought to be changed at regular intervals to ensure better security.

b. Cheers Child Care and/or its employees and/or affiliates will never ask for the User’s password through any means of communication; the same is required to be entered into by the User on the Website interface alone. Should there be any concern of misuse and/or unauthorized access to the User’s account, the User may inform Cheers Child Care immediately at [●relationshipmanager@cheerschildcare.com].

c. It is the responsibility of the User to ensure that irrespective of the nature of the device used by the User to access the Website, the same is secure and all necessary steps are taken to ensure that auto-fillers within the User’s browsers do not cause leakages of critical information.

The information provided to Cheers Child Care is stored internally on Cheers Child Care’s systems and the same is protected against unauthorized physical and electronic access including by way of encrypted data storage, password protected data access, firewall against spam attack and data back-up.

If you / the User / the Patient chooses to pay online, you / the User / the Patient may be directed to a third-party payment gateway to enable processing of the payment.
