Dr. Mandar Agashe – Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon

Dr. Mandar Agashe is a highly experienced Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon with extensive international training. He has trained at esteemed institutions such as the Rare Diseases Institute in Seoul, Korea, and Rady Children’s Hospital in San Diego, USA, which has equipped him with a unique set of skills to treat complex pediatric orthopedic conditions.

Moreover, Dr. Agashe has been honored with prestigious awards like the POSI-Professor Kaye Wilkins award & the POSNA COUR award, which is a testament to his exceptional skills & dedication to his profession.

Dr. Agashe is also actively involved in research & has published over 30 articles in high-quality peer-reviewed journals, and he has also written 15 chapters in prestigious textbooks of Orthopaedics and Pediatrics. His expertise is in treating Slipped Capital femoral epiphysis (SCFE), Perthes disease, & Developmental dysplasia, & he currently has one of the largest published series of cases of SCFE treated by the advanced Modified Dunn method.

Dr. Agashe is also a visiting Pediatric Orthopaedic at various hospitals in Mumbai, & in addition to his personal practice, he is also involved in teaching at the Bai Jerbai Wadia hospital for children.
